Terms of Service
Woven Record Media, Inc. · Effective: April 13, 2026 · Last Updated: April 13, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By using Weftly, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy in Sections 5-6. If you don't agree, please don't use Weftly.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Woven Record Media, Inc.
2. Description of Service
Weftly is an AI-powered media processing service that provides:
- AI-powered transcription of audio and video files
- AI-powered content summarization
- Access via web UI, REST API, and MCP server
Weftly operates on a pay-per-job model. There are no subscriptions or user accounts — access is granted through anonymous, time-limited sessions.
3. Sessions and Access
3.1 How Sessions Work
- Weftly uses anonymous session tokens instead of user accounts
- Sessions are created when you initiate a job and complete payment
- Your session token grants access to your uploads and results
- No personal information (name, email, password) is required
3.2 Session Security
- Keep your session token confidential — treat it like a password
- Do not share your session token with others
- Anyone with your session token can access your files
3.3 Session Expiration
- Sessions automatically expire after 24 hours
- Ephemeral sessions (cryptocurrency payments) expire after 4 hours
- All associated media files and results are permanently deleted on expiration
- There is no way to recover data after session expiration
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Pricing
Weftly operates on a pay-per-job model. Current pricing is displayed at the time of job creation. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; price changes do not affect jobs already paid for.
4.2 Payment Methods
- Stripe — Credit and debit card payments processed by Stripe
- MPP — USDC cryptocurrency payments verified on the Tempo network
4.3 Refunds
- If processing fails, refunds are issued automatically for Stripe payments
- Cryptocurrency payments for failed jobs are handled per the MPP protocol
- Refunds for successfully completed jobs are not provided
5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not upload or submit content that includes:
Illegal Content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

- Processing times vary based on file size and queue length
6.2 Rate Limits
- API and MCP requests are rate-limited per session
- Exceeded limits result in temporary throttling
6.3 Fair Use
Excessive use that degrades service for others may result in throttling or session termination.
7. Your Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 You Own Your Content
- You retain all ownership rights to media you upload
- Weftly does not claim ownership of your content
- You can delete your files at any time during your session
7.2 License to Weftly
By uploading content, you grant Weftly a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Store your media files temporarily on Cloudflare R2
- Process your media (extract audio, transcribe, summarize)
- Generate AI-powered transcriptions and summaries

- Your content doesn't infringe anyone else's intellectual property
- You have necessary permissions, releases, and licenses

- Statement of good faith belief
- Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 7 business days.
